We needed a spot to grab a quick dinner before a show in the area and X wa sin the mood for gyros. I think we arrived around 6pm on a Wednesday and didn't have any trouble getting a table. It's all table service if you're dining in, so no need to order at the counter. We both had the mix gyro sandwich and split an order of dolmas. These weren't the best dolmas that I've had, but the gyro was fantastic. The pita it came in was so fluffy and warm. The meat was moist and juicy. Honestly, it was such a large sandwich that I could not even finish. Service was friendly and food came out very quickly.

This place became a staple to every NY visit. We go there at least once. And we usually either order the lamb gyro sandwich or the mix meat (chicken and lamb) sandwich. I'm from Middle East and I'm in LOVE! I've brought in my American and Mexican friends over and I everyone loves it so far. They bake their own "pita" bread in house, service is always great, consistent is key at this place, the atmosphere is not the best but for the price it's excellent! Highly highly recommend!

I've been here several times and let me tell you, this place never disappoints. They give you enough food to feed two depending on what you get. Generous with portion sizes and it's always absolutely delicious service is fast. The atmosphere is something to admire if you are looking for a hide away place. Most people would walk by not knowing what a gem this place is. I always think about this place when I'm in the area. Thank you for creating this experience.

I've been coming here for several years with my dad & brother for lunch. It was always excellent. We still plan to go. Tonight, my wife, who is a very picky eater and has some allergies, wanted to try Turkish food for the first time. We called to make sure they could accommodate these allergies, which they did without any issue. Delivery was quick, food delivered well, and we were thrilled. The food was absolutely delicious. We can't wait to order from here again! 5/5. Try everything. Don't miss this place.

This place has really excellent food. Both meat and veg are extremely fresh and perfectly cooked.......and they deliver a PILE of food per order. With a family 5 we ordered 1 combo, 1 meal and 1 app.....totally stuffed. Our total bill was around $60. However, if youre internet searching for prices do not follow the menu prices on the Google search results. It's still a great deal but more expensive. See yelp and pic for current prices.

Came back again and tried the gyro this time, but not a sammie. I had the combo rice platter with lamb gyro and chicken Adana. Both were really good and they really pile on the meats. They give you pita bread as well, which was fluffy and fresh. I dined in this time with 3 friends on a very rainy Tuesday at 6:30. There were actually quite a few tables dining but it seemed like the majority was takeout or delivery services. I think that's their main focus because our food took a while to come out. They also forgot my chicken Adana. I probably wouldn't do dine-in again, especially since the seating area kind of has a toilet smell (which is weird because the bathroom is actually pretty clean and pleasant smelling). But I would do takeout again if I'm in the area.

Fresh! Great flavor. Actually grilled chicken. The bread is definitely homemade and came fresh & hot! The white sauce and tzatziki sauce were homemade as well. They're always 5 stars each time I order. Authentic taste! Ordered on ubereats.

Had the Chicken Adana Kebab with white rice. The kebab was so tender and flavorful! Truly melt in your mouth delicious. My only wish was that they had a garlic yogurt sauce but that might be more Persian than Turkish. Check it out!

Turco is one of those hidden gems in the city that I want to recommend but don't want it to get so trendy that there's a long line at the door. The food is nothing but amazingness wherever I go. I love Mediterranean food believe me when I tell you, I've been everywhere around the city looking for the best but Turco's takes the top spot! Also, the staff and cooks are super friendly and make you feel right at home. I recommend starting with the lentil soup with their delicious warm pita bread and then for the entire chicken shish, lamb gyro with rice, and salad. ‼5 STARS‼

I would say amazing food and great service. It's a causal dining place with awesome and delicious food. Hummus is fresh and pita bread are freshly made. Warm and fluffy. Don't forget to have their yogurt which is amazing. I prefer original but my friend said with mango is also good. I would definitely go there again.
